Do you think aerobics are only for the young or for people who are already fit? Our Aerobics program is creatively choreographed for the non–dancer, yet challenging for experienced students. We offer fresh and exciting classes such as Step, Body Sculpt, Low Impact, Lite Start, Circuit Training, Nia and more. Students are motivated by the fun choreography, the invigorating music, and the enthusiasm of the instructors and students.

Pilates and Yoga

Our popular Pilates classes work the deeper muscles to achieve efficient and graceful movement, improve alignment and breathing, and increase body awareness. They deliver simultaneous stretching and strengthening in a non-impact, balanced system of body/mind control. Our superb Yoga program is an incredible body/mind workout. Excellent for those who are looking for better body tone and definition combined with stress reduction and total relaxation. Slow moves and gentle stretches are combined with strengthening postures. Focus on stress-releasing moves with emphasis on deep relaxation.

Senior Fitness Schedule

Senior Fit: This class helps to improve strength, balance, cardio as well as ease arthritis through the use of resistance bands, balls, blocks, weights. A chair may be used for assistance with balance.
