Do you think aerobics are only for the young or for people who are already fit? Our Aerobics program is creatively choreographed for the non–dancer, yet challenging for experienced students. We offer fresh and exciting classes such as Step, Body Sculpt, Low Impact, Lite Start, Circuit Training, Nia and more. Students are motivated by the fun choreography, the invigorating music, and the enthusiasm of the instructors and students.

Pilates and Yoga

Our popular Pilates classes work the deeper muscles to achieve efficient and graceful movement, improve alignment and breathing, and increase body awareness. They deliver simultaneous stretching and strengthening in a non-impact, balanced system of body/mind control. Our superb Yoga program is an incredible body/mind workout. Excellent for those who are looking for better body tone and definition combined with stress reduction and total relaxation. Slow moves and gentle stretches are combined with strengthening postures. Focus on stress-releasing moves with emphasis on deep relaxation.

Blissful Yoga: Gentle Yoga in easy poses to increase flexibility, core strength
and stress reduction. Incorporates guided meditation and pure essential oils.

Basic Step: High energy, low impact aerobic movements performed on and off a
step platform with basic moves and simple combinations.

Cardio/Step: High energy, low impact aerobic movements followed by muscle
conditioning exercises utilizing weights or tubing.

Cardio Core: Improve cardio, balance and core utilizing weights, tubing and
stability balls in intervals.

Core Balance: Increase balance, strength and core muscles using the stability
ball.

HITT: Athletic cardio and strength intervals including core work and stretches
using a variety of props.

Kickbox/Strength: Combination of martial arts and fast paced cardio followed by
muscle conditioning using resistance and weights.

Nia: Expressive style of movements using elements of tai-chi, yoga, martial arts.
Modern dance and ethnic dance.

Pliates: Floor exercises that concentrates on core, lower back strength, posture
and flexibility.

Step/Sculpt: High energy step choreography followed by muscle conditioning
exercises utilizing weights and tubing.

Yoga: Movements to promote posture, flexibility, circulation and stress release.

Zumba: Easy to follow Latin inspired calorie burning cadio workout.

Aqua Fitness: Deep water aerobics, Pilates, yoga, tai chi, kickboxing, and body
sculpting in different combinations.

Silver Sneakers Classic (Muscle Strength and Range of Motion): Strength, balance, and range of motion workout using tubes, weights, and balls. A chair is used for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

Silver Sneakers Classic: Low impact cardio with resistance training using tubes,
weights and balls.
